Le programme FAME, qu’est-ce que c’est ?

C’est le “French AMerican Exchange” program, un partenariat bilatéral entre l’ENSEA et une dizaine de prestigieuses universités américaines créé en 2008.

Chaque année, l’ENSEA reçoit des ces universités des étudiants majorant en Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, et Computer Science, avec de plus en plus de succès !
En 2025 c’est plus de 20 étudiants en provenance de 7 universités différentes que l’ENSEA accueille pour un “Spring Semester” à la française !
Merci à Illinois Institute of Technology, University of Michigan, Mississippi State University, Michigan Tech University, UIUC - University of Illinois at Urbana Champain, University at Buffalo et University of Pittsburgh pour leur collaboration.

Dès leur arrivée à l’aéroport nos étudiants FAME ont été réceptionnés par l'équipe des Relations Internationales, accompagnés par des membres du FIP, le Foreign Integration Program. FIP est une association étudiante engagée dans l’accueil et l’intégration des étudiants internationaux au sein de l’écosystème ENSEA. En partenariat avec les services de l’école, elle favorise des moments d’échange, de partage et de véritables connexions entre étudiants français et étrangers.

Quant au service des Relations Internationales, il prodigue un accompagnement continu, et organise tout au long du séjour des moments de découverte de la culture française via des visites et des sorties extrascolaires.

What is the FAME program?

It stands for the “French AMerican Exchange” program, a bilateral partnership established in 2008 between  ENSEA and a dozen prestigious American universities.

Every year, ENSEA hosts students from these universities, majoring in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Computer Science. The program continues to grow in popularity, and this year marks a milestone: for the first time ENSEA is hosting over 20 students from 7 different universities, for a French-style Spring Semester!

Special thanks to the Illinois Institute of Technology, the University of Michigan, Mississippi State University, Michigan Technological University, the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, the University at Buffalo, and the University of Pittsburgh for their collaboration.

When they arrived at the airport, FAME students were warmly welcomed by ENSEA’s International Relations team, alongside members of FIP (Foreign Integration Program). FIP is a student association committed to helping international students integrate into ENSEA’s ecosystem. Working closely with school services, FIP fosters opportunities for cultural exchange, sharing, and creating meaningful connections between French and international students.

Meanwhile, the International Relations team provides continuous support throughout the semester, organizing cultural discovery moments via visits and extracurricular outings.
